I recently completed the 21 Day Kickstart and am really pleased with my increased energy and strength. So much so that I'm going to keep coming back. The pace and variety help keep me motivated and engaged - I'm not a person who normally enjoys going to the gym so this is kind of a big deal. TFL is conveniently located with free parking and they have a variety of classes which is great for variable schedules like mine.
I have called The Fitness Lab "my gym" for several years now. It has been a great place to improve my strength, health and attitude! The work-outs are interesting and challenging with modifications for all fitness abilities. The results are REAL! Besides the friendly people and welcoming atmosphere, you'll find getting in shape can be fun. I love this place!
After getting injured a few times at crossfit, I struggled to find a gym with enough variety to keep me interested and enough coaching and attention to keep me healthy. It's hard to find the right balance and great trainers. Enter, the Fitness Lab. All the coaches here are great at adapting movements to each individual skill level. They somehow always know the exact weights I need to make it just the right amount of challenging. I really appreciate the hands-on training I get in each class even though it's in larger group. I love having fitness back in my life in a healthy and functional way!
I love the Fitness Lab! I love that it is locally owned, I love that the instructors know me by name, (and know how to push me), and that I see the same group of lovely members each time. I highly recommend the Fitness Lab if you are looking for a variety of classes and times, improving your fitness, and becoming a part of a great fitness community.
